Cantamessa's Walk on Top Sold to The Netherlands
Babette Dvorak's small tour horse Walk on Top has been sold to Tosca Visser of Moorland Stables in The Netherlands. Edward Gal will be training and competing the dark bay gelding, who was extremely successful at small tour level under the Grand Prix rider Cantamessa.
Els Janssen Passed Away
The KWPN website reported the sad passing of Dutch Grand Prix dressage rider Els Janssen. The 50-year old Janssen lost her battle against cancer yesterday evening. Janssen was the ceo of Resim Dressage, a sales and training facility in Harskamp, The Netherlands.
CDI-W Burbank: Peters, King & Morse to Las Vegas
Steffen Peters just won the CDI-W Grand Prix Kur to Music at the U.S. League Finals in Burbank, CA, and qualified to compete at the 2007 World Cup Finals in Las Vegas later this month. He will be joined by Courtney King and Leslie Morse, the numbers two and three of the kur.
